Towing
If you need a tow, for example with the AAA RV plan, the tow truck company will probably need to send out a flatbed rather than a traditional truck, and will tie it down with ratchets.
Tow drivers generally tie a bike down in the front by hooking the handlebar, and in the rear they often find the SDS Platform frame's through-hole convenient.
Concerns
Handlegrips can come loose if held for an extended period on a moving truck. Grip glue can re-attach them.
