From Unofficial Zero Manual
Zero motorcycles has not offered a traction control system on its models thus far (2019).
- Presumably, there are R&D investments to make and then ensure pass regulatory testing that have prohibited the release of such a feature.
- The Sevcon motor controller used in 2013+ S and X platform models describes a traction control feature set, but warns that it is unsuitable for highway speeds. Sevcon typically targets the forklift and light industrial truck market, which move at "warehouse speeds".
